Instructions
Fry jeera, methi seeds, turmeric powder, black pepper, garlic, coriander, 1 onion, red chili, tamarind pulp, ginger, coconut and grind them.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan, fry 1 chopped onion, green chili, grinded stuff, salt and cook till it boils.
Add soaked dry fish and cook for 15 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and your tasty dry fish masala is ready to be served.
