Ingredients

  • 100 grams Dry Fish 15 mins soaked in water
  • 10-15 Guntur chili / Byadgi chili
  • 2 tbsp Coriander seed
  • 10 seeds Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Jeera
  • 1/4 tbsp Methi Seed
  • 3/4 cup Tamarind Pulp
  • 6 pieces Garlic
  • 2 Onions One to fry, One to grind
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Fry jeera, methi seeds, turmeric powder, black pepper, garlic, coriander, 1 onion, red chili, tamarind pulp, ginger, coconut and grind them.
  • Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan, fry 1 chopped onion, green chili, grinded stuff, salt and cook till it boils.
  • Add soaked dry fish and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and your tasty dry fish masala is ready to be served.
