Dry Fish Aloo Masala

Ingredients
- 100 grams Dry Fish 15 mins soaked in water
- 1 Aloo / Potato
- 2 Tomato
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 cup Double Beans
- 2-3 Green Chilis
- 3 pieces Garlic
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 3 tbsp Pepper Powder
- Poppy Seeds
- Curry Leaves
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- In a pan put 3 tbsp oil to heat then add poppy seeds, garlic, curry leaves, onion to fry.
- Add tomato, green chilies fry till the tomatoes leave oil.
- Add double beans to fry for 1 minute and then add aloo, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt and 2 cups of water.
- Cook till it comes to one boil.
- At last add dry fish let it cook, garnish with coriander leaves and the tasty aloo masala is ready to serve.
