Ingredients

  • 100 grams Dry Fish 15 mins soaked in water
  • 1 Aloo / Potato
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Double Beans
  • 2-3 Green Chilis
  • 3 pieces Garlic
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3 tbsp Pepper Powder
  • Poppy Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • In a pan put 3 tbsp oil to heat then add poppy seeds, garlic, curry leaves, onion to fry.
  • Add tomato, green chilies fry till the tomatoes leave oil.
  • Add double beans to fry for 1 minute and then add aloo, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt and 2 cups of water.
  • Cook till it comes to one boil.
  • At last add dry fish let it cook, garnish with coriander leaves and the tasty aloo masala is ready to serve.
