Dry Prawn Masala Chutney

Ingredients
- 100 grams Dry Prawns 15 mins soaked in water
- 3 Red Chilli
- 5 pieces Garlic
- 1 cup Coconut
- 2 Onion
- Curry Leaves
- Tamarind Pulp
- Cooking Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Roast the dry prawns on a frying pan for 2 minutes. Grind the roasted prawns and coconut on & off for 2 seconds and make sure the mixture does not turn smooth.
- In a pan, put oil and fry curry leaves, 2 chopped onions, chopped garlic, and red chili.
- Add the prawn and coconut powder and fry for 1 minute.
- Add tamarind pulp and salt and fry for some time.
- Your prawn masala chutney is now ready to serve.
