Ingredients

  • 100 grams Dry Prawns 15 mins soaked in water
  • 3 Red Chilli
  • 5 pieces Garlic
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 2 Onion
  • Curry Leaves
  • Tamarind Pulp
  • Cooking Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Roast the dry prawns on a frying pan for 2 minutes. Grind the roasted prawns and coconut on & off for 2 seconds and make sure the mixture does not turn smooth.
  • In a pan, put oil and fry curry leaves, 2 chopped onions, chopped garlic, and red chili.
  • Add the prawn and coconut powder and fry for 1 minute. 
  • Add tamarind pulp and salt and fry for some time.
  • Your prawn masala chutney is now ready to serve.
